JKTech is pleased to announce a new Senior Process Specialist has joined the team – experienced metallurgist Brendon Palmer.
Brendon, who will be primarily based in Dubbo, New South Wales, has over ten years’ experience in mining and mineral processing and can draw on technical expertise and operational insights gained while working with our clients globally.
Brendon began his career in the lead/zinc sector and has since demonstrated talent in a number of roles, including Plant Metallurgist, Senior Metallurgist, Metallurgical Superintendent and Business Improvement Superintendent.
“What excites me most with this role is being able to work with a variety of clients that have a host of interesting and challenging projects and the opportunities for growth and learning that come with that,” Brendon said.
“When working with clients, I can draw on diverse experience within mineral processing operations and provide technical support and guidance to plant operations, troubleshoot process issues, and optimise plant performance. I also have experience in metal accounting, data management and value driver model development.
“These experiences are reinforced by my belief in incrementally improving process performance by identifying and delivering efficient, value-adding projects with a focus on both resource and cost discipline.
