Lachlan has extensive knowledge in the drill and blast field both operationally and technically. Commencing his career as an onsite drill and blast engineer provided him with 'hands on' operational experience and a good understanding of what is practical and where improvement opportunities lie. He has been a consultant in the drill and blast field both in Australia and many countries abroad.
Throughout his career Lachlan has also developed expertise with mining technology development and implementation, particularly in the context of value chain optimisation with large Mine to Mill projects.
