Robert was a partner with PwC for 22 years specialising in the areas of audit, deals and valuation advice and, since his retirement in March 2013,  Robert has become a full time non-executive director.   He has highly developed financial skills and extensive business experience particularly with sophisticated organisations with well developed systems and approaches to risk management and internal control, best practice corporate governance structures and the role of audit and external auditors, with companies that manage significant capital and growth agendas and accounting, due diligence and valuation advice in relation to acquisitions and capital raisings.

Robert also has well developed communication and advocacy skills which have been enhanced through a 10 year association as a non-executive director and Chairman with not for profit organisations.   His qualifications and affiliations include Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia; Director, Orocobre Limited; Director, Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Limited; and Director, Primary Health Care Ltd.

Since retiring as a partner in PwC Robert has pursued his next career as a professional non-executive director pursuing a dual focus on community based organisations and listed commercial enterprises with strong values in the community space as well as roles with ASX listed companies.
