- Real-world case studies: Referencing case studies to bridge the gap between estimated resource models and mined actuals.
- Reconciliation principles: Emphasises critical steps in the reconciliation process, from geology and sampling to reserve estimation and grade control. Understand the reconciliation variants, parameters, and terminology. Appreciate sample data complexities, key measurements, and measurement points for quality outcomes.
- Assurance & risk: Focusing on robust reconciliation frameworks to reduce exposure to inaccurate reporting, improve corporate governance, and manage systematic and random errors. Awareness of what is overlooked.
This workshop is presented by Professor Mark Noppé, a renowned industry expert who frequently provides training and strategic consulting on orebody knowledge, technical audits, and mine reconciliation.
