Overview

This course introduces practical strategies for improving flotation circuit performance. Drawing on JKTech’s decades of experience conducting plant surveys and delivering optimisation projects globally, the program equips participants with the skills to collect high-quality data, analyse circuit performance, and uncover opportunities for increased recovery and concentrate quality.

Participants will learn:

  • How to plan and execute a flotation survey that delivers accurate and reliable results
  • Techniques for performing mass balance and analysing survey data
  • Techniques for benchmarking and identifying bottlenecks in the flotation circuit
  • Common pitfalls in survey design and practical solutions to avoid them
  • How to identify and prioritise optimisation opportunities based on survey data
